HORRIBLE! they don't answer calls, return calls or give a ***!

LazyBoy recliner broke in June 2015, first service call was 2 weeks, parts were ordered and they returned 5 weeks later to install and they were the wrong parts! This happened AGAIN for another 8 weeks, then 3rd time's the charm the correct parts were ordered and the chair was "fixed" late November. Now in January 2016 the chair broke again! The srevice guy came out and said they installed a bad part!

How long will it take???

Oh yes, this is for my disabled- veteran Father-in-Law who needs to sleep in the recliner.

Reason of review: Bad quality.
