I bought some furniture from P*** *** in Palmdale, CA, on 06/25/12 with a 5-year extended warranty.

The next year I filed a claim for the love seat due to an internal broken armrest, a sagging frame, and a tear in the foot rest seam. (I am not fat.)

Carmen acknowledged my claim with a letter dated 12/31/13, with the claim number. I sent the details and pictures as asked, and an adjuster was sent to our home.

Since then I have made numerous calls and no repair service was offered. Now my calls are ignored. No call-back as promised in their answering message.

I went to the furniture store this summer and the owner told me that the repairs were "definitely covered" by my policy, and she said she would follow up for me.

So far, nothing done and no contact. So much for Ultra Shield's "legendary service." It truly must be only a legend.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $600.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
