Ultra Shield - Can't even get them to call me back
We bought the Ultra-Shield insurance for the fabric on our couch. We've had it for three years, and the fabric is basically just falling apart.
First thing I did was called the furniture store. They gave me the number for Ultra Shied. I have been calling and calling. First I'm on hold for a few minutes.
Then the voice mail comes on and asks you to leave a message and someone will call you back. Nope...never get a call back.
This business is bogus and I feel like we were ripped off. I will now contact the BBB to report these crooks also.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $800.
Preferred solution: Re-upholster or replacement of couch. Why else would we have bought the insurance?.
