The scam is to ask you to fill out a questionaire when you first call, its 50 questions most are not answerable, and it takes forever, then they dont get back to you, and then you call again, you are given another run around, asked to leave a voice message, and if more than 5 days has passed, and they include the weekend, they say sorry its not covered because you didnt call back within 5 days of first reporting it.

They also scam by stating that once in the system "it cannot be changed" so once they have your confused statement with all their round about questions, they come back to it and say you said this, when you didnt in the context that is implied.

Another scam, if you report an issue like "cracking and peeling" they ask where on the furniture you see it, so you tell them, and then they turn around and say the same issue on multiple areas of the furniture, is not covered. TOTAL CROOKS.

This reviewer shared experience about "they are liers." and wants this business to offer any options to resolve the issue as the author lost $3000. The author is overall dissatisfied with Ultra Shield. The most disappointing about ultra shield customer care from Ultra Shield was that they really dont wanna help, bad follow through and did not deliver what was promised Reviewer wants customer support to reach out to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
