Two years ago I bought bedroom set from darvin furniture with Ultrashield furniture care , a year ago I tried to file a claim Ultrashield denied it because not accident cause as they consider it which is not true because was beverage damage but their customer service asked me question I realy don,t now they were trying to brush me off she asked me what kind of beverage and was it cold or hot so I said cold . Then she asked me is the ring from out side the glass or inside so I said I don,t know so she denied it because of unknown cause ,a week ago I file a claims of beverage ring they still rejected because of multi able damage which is I only report the damage coverd under their policy but at this point I can,t get my furniture fixed

How Ridiculous !!!!

We had almost the same type of problem with a Bob's Furniture Store table one time, it was the top of the table, (a round colonial with center post) that was ruined by washing it with a dish rag. Who knew we were not suppose to wash the table off with water. ??? Took some complaining but finally got a whole new table top from.

Who knew ?weren't told not to wash the top, we thought there was some kind of protection on it, it's a kitchen table !!!

Keep after them, they may give in, and now with face book you can give them a nasty post.
