Bad customer service "Joshua Thompson" was terrible he was rude & i couldn't get my point across with him because of how nasty of a person he was. I will never get a warranty through them!!! They did nothing for me couldn't even do minor repairs because it wasn't under the warranty they offer. Horrible customer service!!!!

They will not move forward on my claim due to " color wear" on the furniture in question. The " color wear" and dye loss occurred within weeks of having the couch. I am entering a small claim law suit with them for a bare minimum of cost of their product. La-z is a separate suit. Avoid the up charge of their product as it doesn't cover anything.

I purchased my sectional 9 years ago with a 10 year warranty and had it cleaned several times. Now they say I never used their service and that I am not telling the truth about my warranty. I have receipts. They still deny me a cleaning saying I am not in the system and I am a liar. Worst customer service I have had. Stay away from this company at all cost. I payed $250 for this treatment.
