They do no care a thing about actually helping you or your couch issues. Claim must be filed in 5 days, even if they dont call you back for 2 week, that is on you and they wont cover you.

Your couch store went out of business and you had no way to get their number, Your fault.

You try to make 2 claims in 1 day, 1 for your couch , then for your love seat...suddenly you falsified information and called me a liar to my face, when all you want is someone to just come look at your 3 years old couch and help you out with the warranty you purchased. What a waste of time, money and my mental health dealing with these people who dont care at all.

Reason of review: Warranty issue.

Monetary Loss: $120.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Ultra Shield Cons: Poor customer service, Did not deliver what was promised, Scam product, Poor customer service and warranty, Bad follow through, That they really dont wanna help.
